This is a complaint against

Dean W. O'Connor, P.L.L.C.
1212E. Osborne Road Suite 109
Phoenix, Arizona 85014

2014 In November, I agreed with Dean O'Connor to represent me in a family law case. 1856. In November 2014, I gave him 1,000 dollars. It was still free at $1,000, but $500 and $04/03/2015 $500.00, $05/18/2016 $1,000 and $05/31/2016250.00, and then went on to provide additional money. You have accepted

1. The defense counsel shall draft the proposal based on the order of the court, explain the outline of the duties of the therapist and submit it to the court. (Dean O'Connor was hired and did not perform this task.)

2. Guide Valentaina through treatment to help you complete a good evaluation. (Dean O'Connor was hired and did not perform this task.)

3.After receiving good acclaim from the psychologist, O'Connor prepares and submits a motion for reconsideration when visiting my house from Thursday to Sunday. (Dean O'Connor was hired and did not perform this duty)

4. O'Connor was also obliged to submit this agreement to Mr. Sprinkle calling for disrespect of court orders for not making a telephone call on Wednesday at 5 p.m. (Dean O'Connor was hired and did not do this job)

One of Dean O'Connor's selling points is to always provide free advice to Valentine's Day. In fact, he often thinks I was making a big request because I didn't read emails or talk directly over the phone. However, he paid only Ms.Sprinkle for phone calls, emails, and interviews with the fee calculation.

Note: This contract was disgusted because O'Connor did not sign a contract for 5-8 hours (up to $1,600).

Fixed Fee (see Contract Between Attorney and Customer November 14, 2014) Note: This was oral and partially contraceptive, so not all of it was written out. In the second half of the contract, Valentina has never signed it for $200.00. He tried to charge 250.00 dollars an hour for O'Connor's email and telephone calls, but declined to respond to the court's order as O'Connor wanted or the discussions on O'Connor's employment. The file was too light and the court banned Ms.Sprinkles (not complete but partial) from doing any more - basically increased the standards that she needed to meet. In fact, the motion was nothing more than a correction to an old motion filed by another lawyer. Obviously, this problem has already been heard and denied. Why should lawyers reject their claims to the courts that they knew or should have known, and show that Mr. Sprinkle is clear about the standards and that he is confident that he will seek another visit? The treatment started and the initial report was submitted to the court by my mother's therapist (or other certified person)" (Page 3)

T0 total

Dean O'Conner was paid a total of $3,250 to perform contractual work in the range of 1 to 4.
Dean O'Conner submitted to the court without giving an outline of the therapist's practice.
Mr. O'Connor came to my house and filed for a review from Thursday to Sunday, but did not comply with the criteria for the review.
O'Connor led Valentaina in treatment. pt rule 92 Family Law Court Order Procedure Rule against Mr. Sprinkle Every Wednesday at 5 p.m. Ms.Sprinkle repeatedly called for disdainful action. O'Connor made a plea but, without confirming his client's continued reasonable hearing, left before the hearing

I have worked with Mr. O'Connor in the past. He was professional, knowledgeable, confined me around, and did everything he could to solve my case. I appreciate his work and dedication and look forward to working together in the future.
