I haven't heard anything other than good about Mishka Marshall, but after working, I had a consultation for more than a week. She has a "virtual reception" that guides the answering machine. I left three answering machines and called them over and over again, so Mishka never called. The virtual receptionist can't help anything but ask you to answer the answering machine. It's very frustrating when someone tells me, but the lawyer doesn't answer and the time for the incident is coming.

The customer service shown to the receptionist is extremely poor! I call this law firm 05/23/2017 and ask for support in the areas of job retaliation and discrimination, and in the middle of my remarks an impolite receptionist will interrupt me and won't accept new customers. Waiting for the receptionist to hang up, I had to advise her not to be rude at once. This woman is a fearful reflection on the law firm, and if the lawyer is anything good, the receptionist has a horrible look at the lawyer and the law firm in a different way. I showed him a terrible attitude! This place is not worthy of a star for the receptionist, but is a major example of a terrible customer service. What a joke! Shame on you!
