Community legal services are non-profit organizations. Free service. I called them on a deal with a bad landlord. The services they offer are more like counseling than legal services. They ask for donations on their website.
The advice they gave me was the same as the one I could get without a lawyer.
I rarely examine court records and file a lawsuit against the landlord. Many lawyers are "volunteers." I didn't call for a week after the phone was taken in, so I had to call to know what was going on.
They say they did something with the donation, so they seem interested in putting your name on the record. I left three or five messages on the phone, but didn't call me for weeks.
If you want to sue your landlord, hire a landlord attorney at avvo or google. Don't waste time talking to the Community Legal Department.

Don't bother going here! I applied for free legal aid that is eligible to help social security problems. The lawyer called me to say that I could not help him. They returned my phone and didn't tell me why! There were two other legal issues, which didn't help!

I went to help the family court. The paralegal who helped me was rude, impatient, and simply passive.

I wrote a letter to the Porter about the date and time and the situation when he shouted at me.

Madison answered my phone. She says soon that we have never had a problem with her. I don't know what to do with her. Here are some introductions: She also went to tell Porter that she shared my complaint, but she was surprised. Of course, what employees dealing with ordinary citizens like this would recognize it? Finally, she is famous "I wasn't there. I don't know what happened." In this field, it is an unethical problem.

She basically does nothing, so you have to go to another place. She took my dissatisfaction seriously. It's very harmful to go to a non-profit organization that can help you and be treated like this. I told her that accurately. "I'm a problem solver," he says. My problem is that I was treated unfairly but introduced to another place. So my problem needed an introduction.

I couldn't understand that the problem is being treated fairly. I had to explain to her two aspects: human and professional. They are equally important. It seems that I was dating a person without human empathy.

I hope they will continue to earn money and not get along. Non-profit organizations should not treat people this way. Go elsewhere. Just because we need help and have a small income, we can't tolerate this act for social justice!
