The organization has seen increased demand for the procedure, particularly from metro Phoenix, following the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade. The number of abortions performed in Arizona fell by 16% in the wake of the decision. PPAZ launched its first vasectomy program in southern Arizona in March, with more than half of patients traveling from Phoenix to access the procedure. The procedure costs $750 without insurance.

• According to the organization, there's been huge demand and more than half of patients traveled from metro Phoenix to access the procedure.
What they're saying: "We remain staunchly committed to our mission of protecting and expanding reproductive health care access in Arizona and responding to the needs of our community," PPAZ chief medical officer Jill Gibson said in a statement.
