If I can get a zero point...If I were you. I hired Kim Worshawski, protected me in my challenge, and my husband trusted my ex-wife. I won because she brought Mike Nicodema from my former company. What she needed to deal with was to object to trust, and to make sure that those who lost were responsible for paying my legal fees. She failed in it and I lost nearly 1.2 million in her negligence. The last part of the trial she dealt with was despite three objections, she decided to have her new graduate employee (Jessica Wilson) take the trial. Needless to say, I lost that part. In August, when I was informed that I had lost the second part, I asked why I did not insert the necessary provisions to recover the attorney's fee. Her reaction was slow because there was a limit to making a lawsuit. When she learned of her failure (which really made me bankrupt), she offered to be elected a lawyer in two months to the final decision ten years ago. Although the trial judge had not yet made a motion, she made appropriate efforts and refused to end the case. She left me with no choice but to sue Jessica and her company for medical malpractice, and I began to appeal to the bar association. If you want to go bankrupt like yourself and lose your case...Hire Mike Nikodema. You can Google him. He is wonderful, and I want to continue using him throughout the trial. I can't stand this position. After this review, you'll see many friends and co-workers doing good. Believe me, the fact that she does not have the ability to insert an important clause will put a stop to the failure of me, and not fulfilling the legal obligation to complete the case. Again, I would like to call a good representative to Mike Nicodema.
