From the reception desk to how to speak to the new client, it was a refreshing experience.  When they call a law firm and are treated like a pleasant person, they are not rude, but take the time to actually listen and pass it to the next person, which is difficult to find in the present age and age.

It seemed that they were only concerned about money.  I called ab a legal computer problem and Brent was rude and I couldn't hear it.  I hung up, saying, "If you don't want to hire me, it's fine." I called Angelica and called her to give her an opportunity to make up for her and she said: "I'll call up the lawyer later and give you an estimate,"  Estimate! What?  I'm not going to solve the service problem without hiring anyone.  I am fortunate to be given the authority of representation, but I am not a person who has ever needed a criminal lawyer.  I really need a lawyer to listen to the story. Don't use Suzuki's law firm. If I were given 0 stars, I would give. I will not reveal the details of the case for my friends, but when they have to stand in court for the final hearing, I will be at the end of the case and still for a while. It's rude, Brad, the lawyer is in conflict and I just want to get paid. If you are a lawyer who knows the case, you need a little more information and knowledge, and if those who request your service will get the best results, you should do the right thing for them in your heart, and don't think of checks. We are very disappointed with this law firm, but AZ will continue to expect it. If you have pending criminal proceedings and you are not a citizen, do not use this law firm. I wish I could make this place a zero star. A lawyer is not an expert, but does not know how to work correctly. I wasted a lot of money for no reason! ! I am very angry and disappointed with the results of my case. You had better work in your own place with the prosecutor. This is a waste here, so I don't trust your legal trouble! !! Get away! My wife was hit by a car. We were originally working at another law firm for two or three months. We started looking for another lawyer and tried to get us to solve the case as soon as possible, but it seemed to be done suddenly and not well appreciated. We met with Mr. Richard Suzuki and his Paraligal team, and we met several lawyers, including lawyers who insisted that the case was not worth it and recommended that they deal with it.

This law firm is not very organized. My fiancee is said to have a specific lawyer, and on the first day of the trial, another lawyer appeared.
Every time I met my lawyer, our confidence grew weaker. Suzuki Law was said to be the best way to fight for us, but that's not the case.
I know who received the same price as the fiancee received and less than the contract.
I gave this office a chance to help us in the future, but Suzuki Law took away our money.

I contacted this law firm in early March 2017.  made a terrible decision to drink and drive  After conducting various reviews on line, I am confident about the expressions I'm trying to get. At a court hearing, I spoke to four lawyers in the same company  and the lawyer who had to tell my embarrassing story felt that he was trying to put the case away without personal affection. If I had the chance to start over again, I would have looked for a stricter and better legal organization.

In November 2017, while his son was still in law enforcement in Nevada, he received a big-bang call from an Asian executive. The policeman told his son that he had been charged with serious crimes. I felt that not only my son was behind one, but he had all the teams that believed he was innocent. During the tough trials, the law team treated our son with respect and dignity. They answered his phone quickly and each of his questions answered honestly. I never felt my son was just a client, and he was more than that. DK said to his son, as if he were a member of the family. Mr. Suzuki  I went to Nevada and got to know my son, and I checked for information that could be easily reviewed by phone. I felt his warmth and kindness towards my son at once. Mr. Suzuki spoke to his son and me honestly and with empathy, and answered our questions frankly. After the meeting with Mr. Suzuki, my son stood up and hugged my son, and then I knew that I had made the right decision to choose Mr. Suzuki and his team, and that it was the cause of the appeal for my son's innocence. I certainly shed tears that day, just knowing that someone believed in my son's innocence. Suzuki Law Firm helped his son step by step and their goal was to dissolve the incident  By DA, they worked without a break, driving from Phoenix to NAU, and just went to the office to get the documents that didn't email. I am very happy that they are by his side and believe in his innocence. I briefly recommend Suzuki Legal Office, but I believe that my son's case would never reach a successful conclusion without their experience and heart, that justice exists in honest and good people. It is truly possible for a legal team to become a professional  It's honest, honest, honest, and most importantly, having a heart and trust in your customers. a terrible experience  The lawyer charged me $2,000 and didn't do anything to me.  When I called him, he said that I was to blame, so I should get a solution.   He simply wanted an easy way out, and he must have been able to collect a flat rate.  This place is scary and should be closed.

A worse experience! After we had a bad accident, we hired Suzuki Law Office. We met Richard and he told us that he would handle everything and shake the contract.  The suit was then handed over to another "lawyer." 19 months later, I was told that I had a wonderful offer. No! !!! When I called, we heard nothing. It is a sad day to have more doctors and lawyers than the injured. I prefer an insurance company to this one. Suzuki's words and gestures are useless!

I like the experience of Brad Smith at Suzuki Law Firm.  He proposed a course of action and was able to accomplish what we had paid.  The process was very efficient and I felt as if they were on top of everything.  They are by no means a nonsense lawyer.  They know how the court works and how to approach the case best.   I definitely recommend them.
