Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Scott Stewart is the first generation of Phoenicia and has strong ties to the community.
He is the son of a small business man, who places a strong emphasis on the core values of his parents' trust in his entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, respect, responsibility, leadership, work ethics and family. These values provide daily guidance to family law, divorce and parents who have parental authority over their children.
He is an AV at Martindale Hubbell and a good member of the Family Law Division of the U.S. Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
His first book, "Arizona Divorce Handbook", published in November 2011, is now available on Amazon.
She loves Arizona, provides children with guidance and support, and provides family consultation to address difficult family law problems.
In his spare time, he goes to the local gym to play golf in the warm Arizona sun, volunteer at church, and spend with his family.

I can't start to appreciate Fred enough. Divorce is difficult, and you cannot begin to explain that you are mentally and physically exhausted. I looked at all the papers, tried to get through everything, and wanted to climb the mountain. I had a lot of problems and questions, but Fred spent a lot of time trying to find out what was happening in my case and kept telling me what was happening. He and Erica processed everything from first to last.
Fred was a professional, caring, and continued to work in addition to mine. No penny left! I didn't have to call him and try to do it by myself. If you have any questions about having to call a lawyer, please go with Fred. I am not thankful enough for all he has done for me in this difficult time.
