I lived in the suburbs, contacted Pratt and Westby, and was introduced to Andrew Rutz.  We had an initial discussion to discuss (free) the viability of my case.  After deciding that it was possible to move forward, I was able to proceed smoothly by phone or email. For me, it was an important element that we needed to communicate well with each other  work remotely    Andy was easy to work and had a short deadline so he kept things going in time.  Andy was very intelligent and gave me good advice.

If you need to fix a lawyer's problem, it's never a good thing, so you should choose a good person.   I recommend working with Andy Rats, Pratt and Westby with a good experience.

My first meeting with Mr. Westby went well, and I thought I would employ him as a representative, but my case was handed over to Malory Powers. I was not impressed by her as a lawyer. Her background (according to Google) is a bankruptcy lawyer and not a family law. Mr. Powers consulted Mr. Westby five times, so I was charged once for two lawyers, not one. Her lack of education in family law should not sacrifice me! In my opinion, her lack of knowledge caused me to be extremely overworked!  Also, I had to remind Powers of the date of the court so that my case could not be taken up.

I have a free consultation with Peter Westby for real estate, and I have only a wonderful story about him. He is very calm, secure, and knowledgeable.  He taught me the various options I have and how I can proceed at that time.

Recently, I was consulted about making a decision on tenant evictions. The honest lawyer said that beyond my judgment, it was not worth asking him to deal with. He also introduced other self-help solutions. I am very grateful for the time he explained something to me for not having any financial interest.  I feel that the way he breaks things and the willingness to help them well shows the management of their company. After my brother's death, my family had difficulty taking care of me in Arizona. The real estate agent mentioned them. hired instead of renting a borrower from a leased property  To summarize: This company does not represent my interests, but when the agreement with the accused or the lessor was confirmed, the lawyer would not inform me, but handed over the date of the previously scheduled court.  On the day of the court, I waited for my lawyer to tell me the situation. Attend a trial or a settlement...He said that there was no agreement on the matter.  So I called the lawyer and called the voice mail directly.  An hour later, without any reply, I called the headquarters and talked to Westby. He said he would investigate and contact me. When I learned that the lawyer was called sick, I had no plan to inform me that the agreement, the hearing at the court on vacation, and that the lawyer had not been there that day.  Plat & Experience in is non-professional and useless. I had the good fortune to find this law firm when I was in a real estate dispute.  I talked with Mr. Westby by by email and suggested that he go to his office to discuss my problem.  He studied the details of my dispute for more than 45 minutes and answered his assessment very honestly.  He was fair, open, willing to ask for help.  This law firm has been built by a faithful partner and has been part of the community for over 35 years, and must be placed above the list of customers.

Mr. Westby gave me an answer within a day of my contacting him. It was only one coincidence that I needed to decide how to proceed.  His answer was perfectly honest (I can't easily trust it), and he gave a thorough explanation.  He is a rare discovery.  I use him again with the beating of my heart.
