I had a very good experience here. & It took a while to get back to. When I went out with an insurance company, I got around me and as soon as I got in touch with me I could get in touch. I spoke with a lizard today, so she was wonderful. She worked to help me, and she did what she said. Thanks to her great customer service technology and everything she did! I just literally lost everything! After the accident, I wasn't bad. After waiting for nearly a year out of 15K, only 3K can be received. You will be introduced to all friends who receive more than your customers. Risette was the only professional.  I always called her and asked for updates. Drop the microphone.

The lawyer was the first car accident that made me work in paper without talking to my family. I tried to consult my family, but said that 33% of me would cut to 29%. They just want a large case like medical malpractice that caused death.  My wife had an MRI scan, but the MRI scan was misread by a radiologist, and it was clearly a medical error.  The radiologist said that there were no cysts in the spine and clearly existed.  There's not enough damage to cover the case.  It is impossible by the time.

A horrible service with minimal authority of representation based on the Phillips Legal Group and its representatives dealing with my case, and the way my wife and two daughters are handled. Over the past 35 years, I have experienced the unhappiness of riding four cars and not causing accidents. I was represented by Lerner and Law, and two other law firms or lawyers. All three of these companies gave us a wonderful service and a great presentation of the whole past and present. Compared to the Phillips Legal Group, which has consistently apologized for its ever-harsh, non-professional communication issues with me and my family, I dismissed this issue as well as misleading information from many lawyers and jurymen. So I had to physically review my case file at work and know whether what I was saying was actually misleading or not there was a lack of inaccurate working ethics on their behalf. How sad they were told over and over again, but if mistakes are continually being made, it is no longer considered a mistake, but an insult to the person who receives such an act, and an affront to the villains which are produced over and over again and annoy. If I choose this company, I'll pay you a cent on your case, which you may come for, and be sure to get over it. I was asked specifically by one of the lawyers representing my daughter and wife's case whether I should go as far as possible. We may blame ourselves for all the accidents that the victim suffered and suffered, but the reason we earn money from our unhappiness is not because we ask law firms and lawyers for the skills we represent. The Phillips Law Group said it will investigate before the case is resolved and help improve the company's services. I mentioned all these issues in the survey they sent, and at the moment they haven't responded to the comments and statements they sent in the survey. Before signing this company, I think that we will clearly understand how much of your case is worth, reflecting how bad our case was, and that we will do our best to ensure that your responsibility is as full as possible! because in the end they receive a monetary share.

After posting a review of Yelp, you received the following email:
"Posted to the Yelp profile of the wrong law firm. We are very concerned that negative reviews of our customers will damage our reputation and cause financial damage. Therefore, we are considering our legal options. You have already informed me that this is the wrong law firm. Remove the wrong review within 24 hours. Thank you for your prompt response on this matter."

However, I contacted the phone number on their website and asked if I had any problem-related cases. I was transferred to Phillips Disability. I hung up and was called back soon. I knew me from caller ID.

They also mentioned it as a practice area for their website. It's really dark here! Watch out! Who threatened their customers with a bad Yelp review? What lawyer lied to his client over and over?

I had a drunk driving accident in Arizona last June. I was from Los Angeles, and that day I was traveling to visit my family. I've never been beaten by a drunk driver, or had an accident in another state. At first, I did not know how to do this. When I contacted the Phillips Legal Group, they were the third law firm I contacted. The first I spoke of Bali was the one who answered all my questions and concerns in the most professional and timely manner. She was very good-natured and felt very comfortable during the first call. Soon after I left the office, my case was transferred to Cindy, who had worked with me very happily. Because I was very whiplash ill and needed treatment, Cindy always followed me, checked my progress, and informed me of the latest news about my case. She showed genuine concern not only about my incident but also about my private life. I am a nursing student and I welcome any support.  It was difficult to get in touch with the insurance company, and Cindy always helped each other and was delayed several times. I felt like I was talking to a friend who guided me through my first experience. My two lawyers were John and Nasser. It was wonderful for both of us to work together, and we worked very hard to make the most of my problems. All I was worried about was the treatment for poor medical insurance. I was very pleased with the results and experience of having taken great care and working with them. I strongly recommend this law office.

0 if possible. I agreed to receive my suit and had been in the hospital for three weeks, I contacted twice, confirmed that I received my message, said I could not contact me and dropped me. If  After I left the hospital and called them twice, they refused to return my phone.

My fiancee and I had an accident in August and we work with Megan Mazzewski, Massager and Montana Thompson.
I really love this people's team! !! I had never asked one of them a question that they could not answer. And always fast! My experience with the Phillips Law Group was a truly wonderful and positive experience. They worked hard on my case and confirmed that I was kept up to date. It was wonderful that the staff could work together and I really got to know you over time. The staff was polite and considerate every time they called or went on business.

The lawyer informed me of the progress of my case and explained the legal process properly. My lawyer was amazing and he was very keen on my case.

Do you want to be treated less than human while you're injured in a car accident? Then, I found the place. They literally hurt.

Aside from the irony, I agree to the other reviewers' assessment of this work and be careful not to approach those who read this review. My husband and I had an accident about three years ago. This was the first MVA, and we were injured and we were not sure what to do. Under the advice of the doctor, we decided to look for a specialized law firm to represent us through this terrible process. At that time, the company was not rated by Elip. Otherwise, I would have made clear progress.

We have spent more than two people.  During the first two years, the company will deal with inappropriate and non-professional services and the rudeness it is trying to help its customers. The Para-Regal assigned to this case will not be able to send important documents by email if necessary and will not return emails or voice mail. I felt more than once that I was out seeking information. The lawyer was not willing to speak to me and told me to follow the court which refused to answer the phone.

During my actual retirement and arbitration, I felt Phillips' lawyers get the wrong information and put out. This was not my responsibility or my husband's responsibility, but we were well prepared, and for each of the six lawyers, we updated in detail what the case had given us. From one month to the next, our case was handed over to a new lawyer and we had to explain again who was done. Even when I came to pick up my check, Palarigal still didn't know who I was and who was involved in his case. I think this company has many customers, but the standard for this kind of material is to take notes and keep books. Our payment check arrived on May 14 to tell the reader how this company would take the initiative. In other words, we can check our POA document, pay the doctor, increase insurance benefits by 40%, and cut checks. I just received the last week minute, and haven't received the latest information about my husband yet. Today is July 2. Five emails have not been fully returned in the last seven weeks. If you do not contact us by next week, we will contact the AZ Attorney Consumer Assistance Program.

The advice to those facing litigation due to personal injury cases is to fully investigate the company you have chosen. I am aware that I will not increase the time to search now. The only reason I chose this joke was that I was injured, scared, and desperately wanted someone to help me. People already feel that in car accidents security is necessary for other drivers, insurance companies and lawyers. You should not feel that you need to protect yourself from your lawyer. In the case of the Phillips Legal Group, what we saw in the first meeting is not available. Expensive advertising, high rise office space, 5-inch Stilettes OL, after all, is like smoke and mirror.

Given my experience, this law firm is not worthy of a star. The lawyer assigned to me from this office was too busy to attend to my case. He had many other cases, so he could not focus on my details.  It is my responsibility whether the court received the correct information to make the scheduled date. It was difficult to reply to the phone and send the documents on time.  In my case, I asked for a trial. I was relieved that a lawyer in this office appeared in my place. This was far from true. It was called the day before the appearance of the court by nine in the morning. I was lucky enough to participate on time. Even though I was able to handle all the cases myself, I decided to hire a lawyer in a safe position. I won, but I won't use these people again. Winning this case is the only reason I have not taken any further action against these people. They were not very professional and sometimes incompetent.  I'm a very reasonable person, and most people don't try to resist this level of non-professionalism. So this review simply helps others, persuades them, and lets other law firms use the money they have earned through hard work.

Phillips legal group SACK.TOO bad zero stars are not allowed. They brought my case to court. The lawyer whom I had seen in the court five minutes before evidently failed to review my case.  When the hired doctor wrote in his manuscript that "I have eighteen books on vacation."  in the more than 250 pages of paper made by my "lawyer."  He said that he would neither discuss nor interfere with my problem (more than 250 pages). iv worked and was forced to have four opponents in this company. I don't care about people with disabilities! !  I won't argue! !!!They confused you, and when the case was rejected, they said, "It is my best interest to call another lawyer" and refused to submit. If you want to win, don't trust it. I'll tell you a story for no reason. I gave them a perfect case and they blew it away. defeated company   In addition, all documents are distributed and you cannot retrieve all documents.

This is worth "0".    Contact the Phillips Act to help with the case...... The worst decision! !!!!!  I was doing business with Randall Harrison  He spent a lot of time writing the papers, but when I told him I had no more contact with him, he wrote the papers once.  If I had any questions, I called Corina and told her if she wanted me to go to bed.  In mid-March, I had to send more documents to them and just talk on their answering machine to see if they arrived by phone.  One day, I got a call from Colina, and Myra V. was my case manager and told me that there was someone who would ask me something.  Since I like email, it took Maira too long to reply to the email.  One day, the case manager (Maira V.) sent me an email.  By the way, the name of the case manager is Renee S.  1800-503-XXXX Ext. 230  Rennie thought she was working for the SS, but she didn't work for the Phillips fault, so she left the answering machine and she returned my phone in a couple of days.  I just want to know the update about my case.  After I called the Social Security Bureau and waited on hold for 70 minutes, I was told to call the lawyer's office. We need to call them and get them to tell us their last update.  I left my voicemail on Friday, and Renee returned the phone on Tuesday next week and told me that my case was rejected and I was depressed as a customer.  I trust the Phillips legal group, but they are lazy, not professional, not care about customers.  Please leave here.

That's terrible!  It's 3:00 p.m. Friday. I'm going to the court at 8:30 on Monday morning, but I can't get in touch with my so-called lawyer.  I've called the office many times, but I only leave a message and no one calls.  I didn't talk to the lawyer at all, until now!  This is the first time I've ever dealt with this and I'm still proud.  What am I now waiting for two years to be in court?  Thanks for the Phillips Act.  It's just you that many people hate lawyers.

I was cornered at the end of last year. The car was in a mess, and my back and neck went crazy! I called a group of Phillips laws. My paralegal, Amy Wagner, is a perfect professional and overall great person. She communicated clearly and effectively and everyone was amazing. My lawyer, Dennis Obery, and his paralegal, Cassandra, were involved in the case of my accident. In most cases, they were good at returning the phone and sent me an email with information about the matter. Cassandra was especially good at dealing with the case by checking if I could take care of her! But I was rather disappointed at the lawyer Dennis Obery. He didn't think he spent much time on my case, nor did he track down the materials he needed. A few weeks after I handed him the papers, he asked me several times for the papers I had already provided. I think I could manage my case better, and perhaps I could have solved it much better than I had received it.

I tried to find on line the Social Security help and registration center phone number. This was a PLG scam with people who say it is impossible to get an SSN without a lawyer. I had heard from people how difficult it was to receive disability benefits. A few minutes after I got my information from someone who thought I would help the state  A PLG used car salesperson and one of the Palaregals contacted me. This man explained how difficult the process is and how long it takes to benefit. Of course they made me feel that it was a slam dunk and Obirorozi found that someone else could cheat with his money. On the phone, a 10% fee was reported to be collected by the legal body on request. I agreed to the terms and conditions and sent the documents by email for signature. He made a fool of himself, trusted him, and read his fine words. In the paper, the fee seems to have jumped to 25%. Also, it is bad that I did not read carefully. There were more than seven different case managers throughout the year of the lawsuit, but only one of them helped explain the location of the case and what is being done. The other managers didn't know anything about my case, just made me feel like a PLG number and a salary. When I accepted the request, I was charged $6,000 just by submitting the document. Without diligence for social security and worsening conditions, the consequences of the incident will continue to exist or will be forgotten. I,  Always receive voice mail when discussing issues, taking hours and days to get answers from the issues  Manager  I have never spoken to my real lawyer. PLG only wants money. Don't make the same mistake as me, let them be your representative. IAFf and FOP Brothers and Sisters strongly recommend that you boycott this business and not be used by others.  Lerner and Lowe are honest and reliable to have annoying commercials  If you need it legally, we recommend it.

We haven't reached a solution yet. However, calls from another insurance company's "Adjuster" do not need to be handled any more. I think other insurance companies need to adjust their non-cooperative attitude, so I'll put it in the estimate. They greatly increased my stress load, while my team at Phillips Row Group reduced my stress and made me feel better. I was treated well. When I started my first "journey in need of help", there was no local institution that would accept my case. In my case, it was called "diminimus". This is "Latin instead of a small potato, and you can't bother you." In Phillips, I believe that I am treated with respect, and I hope that if I am not on my way to mediation soon, I will go to trial. My phone will be returned quickly and faithfully. At this point, if they don't have a satellite station in my city, or I don't have a check, nothing better. In my prayer, I will talk about lawyers and legal professionals. I recommend this group without hesitation. I hope that I will succeed in working together on a fair and equitable resolution. I pass the crash site every day, so I remember the injury again and again. Thanks for getting better and listening to me as my host. Thanks to Montana and Megan. And although I may not be able to name it in this assessment, I am grateful to the administrative staff who continue to appreciate it. When I called their office to ask a question about my pending incident, I didn't get a call back.  Finally complaining on the phone, they dropped my case.  Obviously, this company is too busy to make the necessary phone calls.  If you are using it for legal issues, it is a good idea to consider another location.

The worst experience I've ever tried to cancel my case. Jason Flory at X399 is the world's most fantastic non-expert team lacking any human skills. It doesn't check your voice mail, nor does it check if the assistant is away. I had to face the other side in a car, wear a sloppy, wrinkled suit, face to face and talk to each other. Away from this law group. It's just a hack. The lawyer who paid 25 k to defend his son had more thoughts about hiring a judge immediately instead of paying him. I could have done a better job.  Everything ended in the last minute  Half did not appear.  He did not question the witnesses.  I can't answer my question at all.  If I had known at that time that I could call another lawyer, I would have run as fast as I could.  When they first came into the house, they had more troubles about getting paid. And about my sons.  I wonder if I didn't use my head because I was scared. Stay away from this villain as far as you can. Then they bravely asked their son if he wanted to be in a commercial that praised his company.  especially after losing the case.  Keep away from this hack as long as you get it.
