Last year, I hired Mr. Fuller to resolve a dispute over advertising contracts with the housing community magazine. I returned my things to the company, but after I returned them, they sent me a letter saying they had borrowed more. Even though they paid more than $3,000, they wanted more money, so they felt like extortion.

I left a message to Mr. Fuller's office and four other lawyers. Only Mr. Fuller will call me back! Even he was surprised that other lawyers didn't call me back. He agreed that what this company was trying to do was wrong and agreed to support at a uniform rate. He was paid by the phone and he got the right to work!

Even after Mr. Fuller first contacted the other party, they still did not intend to withdraw their additional payment requests and were forced back. Mr. Fuller was able to stress to them that efforts to continue to collect debt that was already satisfied and further increase the threat of litigation would be a waste of time and money. In the end, the other party submitted a letter proving satisfaction of the debt and waiver of future claims and responsibilities.

Fuller made clear what he could do, produced what he could expect, and imposed a very fair price on his work.

I will definitely call Mr. Fuller in the future if I need counsel again.
