Paula was born in Mexico, Baja California, Mexico. She moved to America with her family when she was seven. He attended Arizona State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and French at Magna Cam Loud.
Paula went to the Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, and after graduating, he entered the Oregon State Bar and the Federal District Court. He carried out the Immigration Law for nearly three years at a non-profit immigration corporation called Imgration Counseling Service in Portland, Oregon, returned to Arizona, entered the Maria Jones Law Office in Arizona, and spent two years working as a chief lawyer in the USCIS department.
Paula established the Paula Padira Law Office in April 2017 and continues to focus on immigration laws. She joined the Arizona State Bar in April 2018.
