For many years, we were called Adrian Betts, and we wanted to create a special needs trust for the eldest son's child, but we struggled to complete the process. Adrian was very kind to understand the complexity of trust and the need for special needs. After a short meeting with Adrian, we completed the entire Estate Plan with an additional Special Needs Trust. Kadish & The best team of Anthony.  They are now our go to law building.  Because it is a small shop, the lawyer works and speaks directly to you when you have a question (in contrast to the Paralegals who may not know or know your case).  They carried out our real estate plan and helped us verify it. Adrian was our lawyer and he was a very wonderful person.  All the prices were quoted in advance from him and seemed very fair to do the work.  Recently I called my friends to get another problem, so they took care of it and started recommending this company.  Knowledgeable staff, quick response, affordable - what else do you need?

My husband and I kept putting off the property plan for a while. After giving birth to our second child, we found it necessary to get the job done properly. Adrian Betts was told to us that we could not please our experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and affordable.  I especially thanked him for his perseverance and his lack of time to explain and answer each question. Jean is a wonderful real estate lawyer.  I introduced several customers to him and sent them to him, and used them again and again.  He's fine.  He can handle complex problems easily, so he can complete the factory work.  I will continue to bring out the needs of real estate to him from my company's customers.  If you want to know a good lawyer, ask another lawyer who you are using.  Needless to say, I continue to inquire about all the needs related to my customer's real estate.

Jean is the most professional real estate lawyer I've ever met and worked with! He was recommended by Kirk Conad, a good real estate agent, as well as us, and was worth a penny for his service.

We dealt with small pendants for our unpleasant sellers and for houses with equally unsavory sellers. He confirmed that he had acquired all that we demanded so that he would not interfere with the seller's litigation or debt. He was clear, gentle and concise. Anyone who loves to work with him and needs an affordable and great real estate lawyer would recommend him!

This is the first time I've called Eugene.  I called him at 4 o'clock on Friday, but my case was urgent, so he spent extra time reading my papers and called me to analyze the case with me after 5 p.m.  Although he hasn't started any services and doesn't pay any money yet, he's very detailed and spending extra time helping me.  I really appreciate his service and will always use his service in the near future.  Thank you Eugene.
