I found this law firm recently because I was helping my friend with legal issues. It's not easy to find qualified lawyers in Phoenix. Because I don't know who is best suited for my problems. They gave a good representative from an experienced team of legal experts and took legal steps. They were familiar with the systems of the District Court, dealing with similar cases, and were familiar with the laws and precedents which would help them. From beginning to end, they kept telling her the most timely and up-to-date information and quickly responded to her particular situation. Everything can't have done well.

I recently had a problem that caused me to consult with this law firm.  I have not been accused of serious crimes, but I needed guidance and advice on my situation.  So I made a promise and went in without knowing what to expect.  I was not in the least nervous.  But the people working in this company are polite and professional, so my worries were wrong.  I was taken to a lawyer's office and spoke with a lawyer for about 40 minutes.  He made no judgment and spoke at length about my choice.  He looked like he was looking for my help and was sure that my problem could be solved.  I hired him and he gave me a lot of time.  My problem is now solved and I can't be happier any more.  

If you have someone like me, you are under strong stress from having legal entanglement, so you don't know who to call or how to proceed.  Stop worrying and make them the first call.  That's the decision to do your best.  Really.

If this company doesn't have any knowledge, compassion, or understanding of the law, I'll be in prison. I'm sorry I'm a little vague about this review. Unfortunately, if you provide more specific information, the secret facts I promised will become public.
It had to be involved with a friend who needed help. It was mainly for financial reasons, so I wanted not to waste my money. This company was wonderful to work together with respect and attention. The staff got the information, and we were treated just like the people we care about.
I felt comfortable trading with them when I saw them actively working on charity. I had a good experience at this law firm, so I'd like to use it again, so it's very recommended.

I got caught up in legal trouble with close family members and contacted the law firm of David Michael Canter. My interaction with my relatives was consistently professional, and the staff showed a lot of confidence in their ability and solid game plans. During this lawsuit I was continually beaten by the legal competence and aggression of the lawyer, treated him more than a mere customer or salary, and showed instead that they had a personal pride in their role. It's just a terrible company.  I recommended two friends, and they all came back and told me what this company means to turn around like a cow and make as much money as possible.  Mark Canter, who rated AV, was a joke and never saw him speak for you in court. He employs a lot of ordinary Jaws, but his company is number one.  If I don't believe I'm going there, you'll soon know how much they are concentrating on your cash, not your case.

I paid 10,000 yen on all my promises. They did nothing without help. Every time I stood in court, there was a lawyer's agent different from their company, and as they passed the door, they turned over my files. It doesn't matter how you prepare for your happiness. If DMC had accepted the contract I had offered, my life would have been ruined today too. So I fired them, lost 10,000 people, hired a public defender, and got better results. If you hire this company, you'll lose money! The basic DUI will get the same results with a public defender of $150. The manager sings great songs and dances, and believes you to be mischievous.  The result is LAW! It is a waste of money to pay them. After I fired them, the manager told me that they would give me back my payment. Another lie. They spent two hours writing a three-page letter, not giving me a refund, and came up with a way they spent more money than I did. Because there are no negative stars that appear to be at least one star...... They take your money, make you the same, and don't call a lawyer!

I asked a friend of Tempe's friend who Canter had an office for advice (a few years ago) and hired Canter. It's where the DUI happened. If I had known he moved to one of the most expensive lands in downtown Phoenix, I might not have consulted him. But I felt that the whole DUI process was problematic and that I needed a lawyer. I thought he was a good choice because I had practiced at Tempe before. Looking back, as was later known, he was a worse choice. I didn't believe the number of the respiratory organs Tempe gave me, nor did I resist Tempe's claim, nor did I refuse. I thought I had a good case. Until I met him, I saw a young woman named Jessica in the lobby of Cantor talking to an older man about bribery. He asked me if it was certain that I started my cystic fibrosis two years later. Cystic fibrosis is not occurring. It is a fiction of my step mother made in the 80s. My DUI blood didn't come back for months after I went to Tucson in the laboratory. The arresting party did not appear twice at the car hearing (he saw off exactly first, and left off). Since Canter's company did not let me know that the motion he submitted to Tempe Court was successful, I settled the case on the basis of their advice and the information at the time. Kantor's colleague told Kantor that there was a medical error or fraud incident. The number of people who told me about my BAC was 1.15 times less than the 20% (I was pretty sure). And when I brought a lawsuit for medical errors, I got a judge. The judge, for example, could not draw well. I don't intend to recommend Canter's company for anything. And they were very expensive, and lied to me about my case. I also received information after the fact that the Arizona state bar (in writing) was connected to this procedure because I was qualified as a lawyer. In Arizona, I became the only lawyer to lose a full legal license with the clipped DUI. A colleague at Cantor in Arizona told me that DUI was the first time and in my situation, I met many lawyers and judges. However, he was permanently suspended from the state bar in Arizona. It is the same as the state's liberation. After all, we concluded that the way Canter protects the DUI depends on where the most cash comes from. I only paid 6,000 dollars. How much did the older man, who thought my cystic fibrosis started two years later, pay? In Bar, the capital of Arizona, there is Jessica, who spoke with her for a long time because of her lack of ethics. Underlining: If you want to drink, you can either move to another state with ethical legal procedures or take a vacation elsewhere. You must not give Arizona the unethical legal process. Our case has just been solved, and we were no more satisfied. Christine Wallin was appointed our lawyer, but working with other lawyers and staff was always fun and very professional.  Through hardworking case work and communication with the prosecutor, Christine was able to dismiss the criminal prosecution entirely "for justice".  She arranged a defensive drive against the rest of the traffic violations.  Therefore, nothing appears in the driving record and does not affect the automobile insurance.  All of us at DMC have been trying to communicate and understand the next step. They are always right! They are kind and considerate. The money we spent was not cheap, but worth it! They protected his son and took time to turn his attention to more positive things! I called for a free consultation to cancel my judgment. The lawyer I spoke to was very rude. He asked me to pay $2,800, and he didn't tell me if he would offer a service that he couldn't do. The lawyer tells me to try it myself, and if I fail, I come to see him. Your service is terrible. I will give the money to another company.

David and his team were great to work together!  Unfortunately, my son got an extreme DUI while driving a suspended license!  He was a good boy and made a bad choice one night.  David's team was very relieved that he could push the charges down to the normal DUI.

After reading the review, I certainly think it was for another law firm. Because reviews about the company are completely opposite to my experience, because lack of money and communication, especially lack of legal expertise.  I was in an unhappy position to require the services of a law firm, and it was my best decision to hire a law firm of David Michael Canter.  While traveling around here, I was arrested at DUI.  I had not even had a speeding ticket for more than 20 years, but I was a little shocked and scared.  Unlike some of the reviewers, I didn't do any research and it was fortunate that I happened to meet up when I first called.  I spoke to Dave Malletta over the phone and spoke to them at their office later that day.  He spent nearly an hour investigating the incident with me and discussing what the defense strategy was.  At the end of the consultation, he told us about their service fees and payment plans.  I had no time to talk to other lawyers because I was going to leave the area that day, so I hired them.  Good.  If they were late paying, did they call me? Yes.  They were business, and I signed a contract to pay for their services, so I didn't find any surprises or differences different from the other services I signed.
Steve Garcia was assigned to my case and called me the next day.  Throughout the process, Steve gave me information and explained each of the processes.  When I called and emailed Steve or his assistant Erica, I usually got a reply within 1-2 hours within 1 business day.  As I was living outside the state, Steve made regular phone calls with me and always called me within a few minutes of the scheduled time.  Most people think that I'm in this situation, so I'm afraid I'm stressed out.  Steve not only gave me information, but also reassured me as much as possible. Jonathan Goebel was an attorney at the same company that I spoke to the first time I called, who testified when I called and played a major role in the result of the incident.   Fortunately, the results were obtained as much as possible and all charges were dismissed.  Everyone I met at David Michael Canter's law firm was expert and knowledgeable.  If you are in an unfortunate situation where you need a detective lawyer in the Phoenix region, I recommend you do not hesitate.

I acknowledge that I got a bad decision by mistake and was completely excited and didn't know what to do. Looking at the web, I read that perhaps the best way for these guys to handle DUI is to do it. I had no other connection, so I decided to try it. I got my promise, paid, and had the best wishes.

As other people know, we have to look at the reception desk and the Parregal level to try something or answer questions. The receptionist and the parallel girl are really rude. The lawyer was safe. But I might have done it myself, and I could have done it much earlier, and I would have done the same, and of course I would have helped.  We didn't quote $5,000, but ultimately we need a lot of money over $7,000. I'm sure I'll use it for other things.

I think I was taught. They took the money and ran to the bank laughing. I always don't recommend it to anyone.

IMO, these people are interested in your money and not interested in your verdict.  They wanted money from the beginning and never let go.  Talking with a lawyer is absolutely forbidden, very difficult.  The scale management of 1-10 is 0 (0)!

The first telephone didn't answer my request. I didn't talk to David, but one of his employees, he was very rude! I couldn't carry out this process myself just by saying he would charge 5,000 dollars. "I want to do the surgery myself." After I was arrested in DUI, I asked for the help of David Michael Canter's law firm. It was a terrible experience, and if convicted, my career could be seriously faulty. The DM Cantor has a very good office, and at first glance it is very impressive. After sitting in the waiting room a little, a gentleman called David J. Malletta was evidently a salesman in the office. He reassured me. We can fight, and they will do what they can to fight the case and the reason to stop. Mr. Malletta really accepted the sales and made them feel cruel...I wrote a hot check for $5,000 that I didn't interview any other lawyer...At first, everything seemed to be going well, so Maretta was busy looking for money from people, so I met Stephen Garcia, the real lawyer. Mr. Steven had a completely different attitude and was less aggressive. We received the first offer of appeal, which, in Mr. Stephen's opinion, was "not special", so we continued the case. A few months ago, similar petitions continued. I had to decide whether to take the action or to try it, and then Canter charged me 5K and there was no guarantee. Suddenly, Garcia thought the case was good and I didn't accept the request unless he was negotiating with the prosecutor! David Michael Canter's law firm literally did nothing. I went alone, got the original suit, got it earlier, saved $5,000! I called the office and said the point, and Malletta, if used to win the battle in court, behaved very mean and rude. They say they did that for me and if they weren't there, I would have got an extreme DUI. When they met me, I was told I was right. Now, buy another ugly clown, paint Mr. Canter, and sleep well on the money bed beside Malletta! Don't hire them, and don't listen to most of the reviews. Don't be deceived by the Malletta of 5'2" and his 7 feet ego!

Unfortunately, we needed the help of the law.  A friend of the lawyer proposed a law firm for Cantor.  My lawyer was Cindy Castillo.  She is really wonderful.  She was 100% professional, from quick communication to great defense.  I was most moved by her presence in the court.  She takes a gentle attitude, but as hard as a nail in the court.  I was lucky to find her and this law firm.  I can't express myself. The state is not kind.  Cindy fights for you and gives you the best expression you can find.

They are a great company because they are very organized and experienced in all kinds of laws. I remember asking about situations that didn't matter what I asked for, but they were able to recall how they could protect themselves in business issues. Meeting people with wisdom in their own field is very rare in life. It's easy to get angry or write a bad name for a win or lose, but you can say that you are the best, and at least give yourself the ability to get the best results.
