Rod Melconov graduated from the University of California and the Department of Law at Golden Gate. He is recognized to open in Arizona and is an inactive member of the California state bar. He started working at the company in 1981 and has been a management partner since 1984.

Rod is the past chairman of a social security group. Founder and president of NOSSCR (Retenths), Circuit 9 Conference, Inc. A non-profit organization holding annual meetings for experienced social security lawyers.
