I feel bad about blowing his cover, but Dave Denan is a batman! As the owner of the apartment in Arcadia for the past six years, I took the most winding HOA organization (future review) and asked for counsel. I left a message for Dave on Saturday and got a call back within an hour. Dave took some time from his family, advised me on my situation, and told me to go south with HOA for anything. In a world full of dirty, slimy and gold-hungry lawyers, Dave takes pride in protecting the good people from other big companies and companies. I'm very dissatisfied with this job. I've never passed his word to the end. It is difficult to retrieve files. You don't have to meet someone when you're working on a file. It cannot be completed or cannot keep the promise of acquisition. The meeting is time-consuming and does not work on schedule, so you need a file, but you don't need a meeting. Beth, the assistant, is lacking in some areas. I'm not satisfied with her.
