After working as an FBI agent and as a prosecutor in Maricopa County, Attorney John W. Brishak decided to start his own business in 1987. Mr. Brishak was working as a solo practitioner until his son Andrew joined the company in January 2017.

After graduating from law school in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1975, John W. Brishak, along with the U.S. Department of Justice, which begins with Cleveland, embarked on his nine-year career as an FBI agent. In his quest for independence and challenge, Brishak voluntarily left the FBI and started working for three years as a prosecutor of Malicopa County Attorney and Amplifier. Here, he accumulated a very valuable trial experience. So, in 1987, Bryshak took the courage to start training alone.

I was charged with a very serious crime and was told I would go into a compulsory prison. I was charged with a third-grade felony with a suspended sentence and required a sentence. I was worried, but as long as I continued on the straight narrow path, I was sure I was a good man. I trusted my lawyer and they never gave up on me. They fought well and they worked hard until they got the solution we wanted. They never gave up me and fought to the end! I was again subjected to the standard probation and was not imprisoned or sentenced. It's an absolute miracle. Now I can forget all this, grow up to be a good person, become a good mother to a baby, and continue my life with this nightmare in the past. I am very grateful that God was blessed with wonderful people who would fight for me and refused to reconcile less than we would like. I strongly recommend them to anyone and anyone in a place with strict laws. The law may forever change your life. In a terrible situation, they helped me. If they help me out of this mess, I am sure they will do it for all the current and future customers. Thanks to John and Andrew Brishak!
