Prior to opening his own company, Alejandro had practiced such things as the Labor and Employment Law, the Commercial Procedure, the Prosecution Act, and the Immigration Law. He used to work for commercial suits and intellectual property companies and defended private employees and government organizations working for big companies in Arizona and working for business. Immediately after the law school, Alejandro worked for Patricia's President. Arizona Appeals Court and Orozco. Alejandro has developed the ability to gain extensive write, research, and litigation experience, analyze problems in detail, and customize accurate and personalized client solutions. When he was at law school, Alejandro was the chief editor of the school's law review, and he gained the necessary opportunity to work as an internship in many of the legal circles to gain valuable practical experience.

Alejandro also belongs to the LGBT Advisory Committee, the head of the Phoenix police station.
In his spare time, Alejandro spends time enjoying travel and cooking with his partner, Warren, his family, and the pet bull Cookie.
