On Easter, snow is forecasted to be heavy at times with new snow accumulation of 2-4 inches possible. The high temperature was expected to be 39 with a low temperature of 25 degrees. Snow will likely continue into Monday before sunny skies return Tuesday.

Tucson to see some rain over the holiday

Tucson will see sunny skies with high temperatures in the upper 70s on Friday and Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.

The city could see some rain on Sunday. Chances for rain on Easter Sunday and moving into Monday were 70%. Sunday was forecasted to have a high of 67 degrees with lows in the 50s, while Monday was expected to be 59 degrees with lows in the 40s.
