Diamondbacks reach deal with Cox Cable to air games, sources say

Late last month, the team announced its own streaming service called dbacks.tv, The Arizona Diamondbacks have reportedly reached a deal to air their games on Cox Cable, outside of their own streaming service. The games will be shown on Channel 34 in Phoenix and Channel 26 in Tucson. This comes after the team announced its own streaming site, dbacks.tv, where fans can watch all the games for $100 per year. MLB is also offering a season-long subscription covering all teams for $200 a year. The team's opening game is against the Colorado Rockies.

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It appears the Arizona Diamondbacks reached a deal to air their games outside their own streaming service.

Sources tell Arizona’s Family the franchise agreed to show the games on Cox Cable.

The games will be on Channel 34 in Phoenix and Channel 26 in Tucson.

We reached out for comment to Cox and the D-backs but haven’t heard back.

The D-backs open the season on Thursday at home against the Colorado Rockies.
