Missing Arizona woman found alive in Mexico 2 years after boyfriend was charged with her murder: police
She vanished in 2024 and two men were charged with her murder. Now, Tijuana cops say Shayna Feinman is alive in Mexico. Shayna Feinman, who disappeared from rural Yavapai County in early 2024, has been found alive across the border in Mexico, according to police in Tijuana. She was located by municipal police officers in the Encino neighborhood of Tijuana, confirming her identity and placed into protective custody. This comes two years after her boyfriend, Cavett Richards, and another man, William DalCerro, were charged with her murder. Despite the charges being dismissed in 2025, the case remained an active priority for Arizona law enforcement. A reward for information was increased to $20,000. Despite this, authorities in northern Arizona have urged caution.
