Security cameras catch 'Halloween Grinch' stealing Surprise yard displays
A string of Halloween decoration thefts in a Surprise neighborhood has left residents feeling violated. Security cameras captured the same suspect stealing multiple yards in Surprise, Texas, in the middle of the night. The incident occurred near Loop 303 and Greenway Road, where residents pride in their Halloween decorations. Sydney Ostrander found her decorations missing from her yard and began posting them online. Other neighbors also noticed their own skeletons and animatronics were gone. They identified the woman in the video through social media and found many of their decorations in her home. However, many items, some of which are considered sentimental value, are still missing. Police are investigating the incident and are asking for information.
