RadNet to Acquire ONRAD for $350 Million to Add Radiology Professional Services Platform - News Center

RadNet has entered a definitive agreement to acquire ONRAD, a provider of teleradiology and in-hospital professional radiology staffing services with more than 130 contracted radiologists, for a cash payment of $350 million and 5 million shares, creating a third reportable operating segment for RadNet. RadNet is set to acquire ONRAD, a Phoenix, Arizona-based provider of teleradiology and in-hospital professional radiology staffing services, for $350 million. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, with ONRADS expected to add $190 million to $200 million in revenue and $60 million to €65 million in adjusted EBITDA to RadNet in its first year of operation. ONRad will become the foundation for RadNet's third reportable operating segment, Radiology Professional Services. The acquisition connects RadNet’s outpatient imaging operations, its DeepHealth AI-enabled digital health solutions, and the ONRADA radiology professional services platform. RadNet President and CEO, Dr. Howard Berger, said the acquisition is the next step in building an imaging company that brings technology, radiology professionals, and imaging operations together to address healthcare's most pressing challenges.
