A pedestrian died after he was hit by two cars in West Phoenix, Arizona, causing serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. The cars fled the scene and police are asking for public assistance in finding them. The man was crossing the street when he was struck by two vehicles, which did not remain on the scene.
