Grace Temple Apostolic Church (GTAC) was found on June 11, 1972 by the late bishop Thomas H. His young wife, Evan Janet M. Young. The first service was delivered on the Washington St. Phoenix 2445, Asia, then moved to the West Almeria Road in 2937. Phoenix, AZ. Over the years, families of Bishop Young, Evang Young, and GTAC have supported and established a number of major causes, including "A Strong Tower Rehabilitation Facility for Men (1992)," "Bible collages in the Western Region (1993)," and "I love your community day." GTAC has operated a weekly community food bank for 20 years and supplied as much as 300 people a week.
